Avoid the confusion of receiving a confirmatory email from the magazine itself, I have told them I didn't subscribe through them.

Bad communication. I purchased a Prima subscription for my daughter-in-law and not only was the £5 voucher NOT recorded but iSubscribe have managed to issue 2 separate subscriptions at 2 different prices.

Thank you for your review Mrs Etherington I have located your order and you have ordered 2 Prima subscriptions, one of which the £5 voucher was redeemed against. The amount paid for your subscriptions has now been transferred to the publishers, therefore I have emailed them to ask that 1 subscription is refunded to you. I will also now send you a separate email to confirm the details.

Completing the form for the subscription was very straightforward. The only complaint I have is that this was a Christmas gift for my son-in-law and he was supposed to receive an email on the day but this never arrived so very disappointed. I just hope the magazine arrives!

The magazine will then arrive every month.

Easy to order on website, and good payment options, also value slightly cheaper than other online resellers, Just for black men, expensive, and no saving on Smooth magazine. !! If you want only UK magazines good,

I subscribed to 2 different magazines individually as a Christmas gift for someone and ticked the box for an email to be sent to her. Neither gift email arrived. Thankfully, I was with the recipient on Xmas morning that I could show her what had been purchased but it would have been a much nicer surprise had she opened her email and found it there.

I bought a subscription to British Archaeology as a Christmas present for my husband. I was told that an e message announcing the subscription would be sent to my husband's email on a date of my choosing (Christmas Day). This message never arrived and still hasn't.

Thank you for your review Judith I am really sorry that the icard was not received! I have asked IT to look into this, in the mean time I have re-sent the icard. I know this is a little late but I hope your husband enjoys the magazine. I have called British Archaeology today, the first magazine will be posted next Friday and will be the Jan/Feb issue

My membership of 2 magazines which was meant to be extended ended up being 'duplicated' rather than extended .... however after making a phone call to customer services I was promised that the error will be corrected

I am upset because an email promised to a recipient on Christmas Day telling him of the gift of year's subscription of The Spectator never reached him and I have no idea if the order has been processes. Sam Pritchard.

I specifically asked if the person i was buying a subscription for was not already receiving the sunday times travel magazine ( she being jane porter from kemble close in potters bar, herts) I was assured she was not but she already receives this magazine. Can u offer alternatives?
