“My only concern was that just after having ordered the weekly Hello got email from another magazine company offering me 12 issues for £12 so was a little disappointed. I would ike your comment on this.”

“I purchased two subscriptions for our school using the web site. It was easy to use and easy to find the publications that I wanted. As a LA School we can't sign up to Direct Debits so this service is ideal for us to use. The prices were comparable with most other sites.”

“I am a longtime subscriber to the magazine but not with isubscribe so some aspects of the process were unclear and I had to email afterwards to check that what I had signed up for would follow on rather than being a new subscription.”

“Easy to find what I was looking for and process of ordering was quick and simple. Can't comment on delivery yet as only just ordered. Hoping it arrives as agreed unlike a previous subscription site I have used and who did not deliver. One upset mother in law”

“It would be very helpful if the receipt sent could easily be edited to remove costs, so that it can be passed on to the receiver of the gift. I managed to edit it myself, but it was quite time-consuming - don't know if it's possible from your end, just a thought.”
