“My membership of 2 magazines which was meant to be extended ended up being 'duplicated' rather than extended .... however after making a phone call to customer services I was promised that the error will be corrected”

“Renewal of a gift subscription by email asked me to re-enter all the details. Why not give an option to continue subscription with existing details? In the end I renewed by phone and the operator just asked me to confirm the existing details - which was ideal.”

“IN HAD NEVER USED THIS SITE BEFORE AND FOUND IT PRETTY EASY AND THE SUBSCRIPTION I WANTED WAS A VERY GOOD PRICE. HAD A COUPLE OF QUERIES AND SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.”
