“I found what I was looking for fairly easily”

“The after sales customer service is brilliant. I sent a query in which was dealt with very efficiently by Gemma. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating is that my first issue will not arrive for some time now but I suppose this may be down to the supplier not being able to meet demand. Otherwise Im pleased with the service.”

“I am very pleased to be able to order on line but I recently reordered as a gift The magazine Selvedge. Order reference 1251138. Nowhere on my confirmation does it state it is a reorder going to the same address as last year. It would be helpful if this could be made clear on confirmation notices.”

“This is a good value subscription service. The only thing that would make it better would be the option to choose the start month of the subscription, particularly when you decide to buy your friends Christmas gifts in September, or their birthday gift 3 months early. I'm disappointed that it's not an option every time, but I think it's always the case with subscriptions.”

Thank you for your review. isubscribe offer the option to start your subscription after Christmas, this is for Christmas gift subscriptions that you don't want to arrive with the recipient before December 25th! For the rest of the year, we will take your comments on board that a subscription start issue preference would be good.

“I normally renew my magazine subscription by filling in the little tear off slip at the bottom of the renewal letter, writing a cheque and sending it through the post. In this day and age it all seems such a lot of phaffing about. By doing it all online through iSUBSCiBE it was so easy and I signed up for 3 years and saved some money!”

“Pleased to find a well priced subscription as a gift, but disappointed to find that the only option to advise the recipient was by e-mail. As I purchased a magazine for an older relative who does not have internet this was disappointing. Would not have minded paying more for the option of an actual gift car. Many older readers still do ot have computers!”

“New to iSUBSCRiBE, my only experience thus far has been setting up a subscription for the relatively new, 'Womankind' magazine. The process was smooth, easy and efficient, and I eagerly await regular deliveries! My only disappointment was the statement that the current edition would not normally be included as it was already on sale in the shops. I have searched pretty comprehensively for this edition and have not been able to find it. I would be happier with your company if you provided me with this current edition!”
