“The purchasing of a magazine sub appears to have gone through OK but I have been disappointed that the suppliers have not been able to advise me when precisely I should expect to receive the first copy. Almost certainly I will continue to purchase a weekly copy from my newsagents and end up duplicating an issue.”

Dear Malcom, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. At ISUBSCRiBE we are a third party agency who set up orders on behalf of the publishers. The publishers then download their orders from our secure server on a weekly basis and then send out the magazines. As we do not handle the actual dispatch of the magazines we are only able to offer guidelines regarding delivery dates. “I purchased a magazine subscription which was easy to do and looking forward to it however I then received a code via email for discount off my next purchase it would have been nice to have that off my first purchase as do a lot of companies.”

“Ordering a subscription was easy. According to the info received after sub order made, first issue takes rather a long time to arrive. The subs was a gift but have had no info as to whether a notification card will be sent to the receiver. An opportunity to print out a gift subs card, would be a nice feature.”

“Don't have my magazine yet (I expect it in around 3-5 weeks) and my direct debit hasn't shown in my bank account either (after a week) so fingers crossed all will be OK. The offer was pretty good for 3 issues though, lets hope they all turn up.”

“In USA, we were trying to buy a subscription for House and Garden for someone in London. We were able to buy a one yer subscription, but are curious why we weren't able to buy a 2 year subscription. FInding this hard to believe, we called to find out, in fact, this was true. Interesting.... S. Harr”
