Easy to find the magazine I required on the website. Ordered but system would not take discount code offered in email sent to me.

Very good site except I missed the place where I could have requested the first copy to arrive after Christmas . As this is a gift for my grandson it would have. Even useful.

Couldn't get through as lives were busy so was asked to leave my message and number, which I did. I had to call and leave my number again as I hadn't heard from them. This time they called back and my order was processed. I called again asking for an email confirmation, which was sent.

Yes your purchasing department and your deliveries are very good, however I have just purchased another subscription for my son with NO RECEIPT,, NO CARD TO GIVE HIM AT CHRISTMAS TO LET HIM KNOW THE MAGAZINE HAS BEEN SUBSCRIBED TO, in fact nothing to show the subscription has been made. Setting up a Vanity Fair subscription for my daughter was a relatively straight forward and painless experience. The added bonus of a free digital copy of a magazine for my other daughter as part of the deal was very welcome indeed and well received.

I have not understood whether you will be sending me(the purchaser) a card to give to my daughter for whom the magazine is for. As it is a Christmas present I do not want my daughter to receive any details before Christmas.

Hey, ordering my subscriptions has been simple and easy - my direct debit has been setup (got a letter), but the magazine publishers have not received my details even after a week of paying for it. The faster you send my details, the faster I'll get my magazines, the happier I will be, and more likely I will be to return and also generate referrals for you!

It would have been nice, as the magazine I purchased is a gift if you sent something out or produced something I could print off myself and wrap up.

First class price and went through okay. I am always a bit wary when I receive the vouchers a few months before my previous ones are finished and feel it would be better if they just flowed on. But am assured that they are not dated and will be no problem.

Easy transaction for my magazine of choice, which is more than I can say for trying to unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails for this provider! after 3 attempts at cancelling these promotional emails I'm still getting them. All it does is fill my inbox with rubbish and makes me angry!

Easy purchase and great service, shame about the incessant emails since, even though I selected not to get them, and kept un-subscribing from them upon receipt, and had to email contact them to stop them, for the second year running!

The (very timely) letters you sent to me as the customer purchasing a gift certificate did not flow through to the recipient... which meant it was a "long time between drinks" not knowing whether Grandma's (me!) really bought a mag about space or not!!!

Very helpful member of staff, answered all my questions. Called me back when they said they would. Only thing wrong was, they took a long to answer when I first rand.
