“Ordered Good Housekeeping magazine for a friends birthday and this was easy to order, pay and print off order as it was a gift for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted with gift and can't wait for magazine to arrive!”

“Easy to use. Had a problem where an email gift voucher failed to arrive - resolved quickly. Apart from this incident have had no problems and have used them several times and happy to continue.”

“Renewed 2 subscriptions by phone after receiving email info that subscriptions were due particularly one for the end of October. Once the account was on the operators screen it was efficiently and quickly dealt with.”

“It is very easy to order mags for yourself or other people. I would like flexibility on when the mag is first delivered and I hope that the mag that I have re-ordered for my mum will continue seamlessly and will not issue duplicate copies.”

“I was a little concerned when my i vouchers had not turned up after 8 days. You give starting dates for magazine subscriptions. Perhaps an estimated date for arrival of vouchers would be possible eg. within 5 working days. They have arrived now. I found the purchasing experience very smooth - no problems there.”
