“On line it was a bit confusing and ended up doing a direct debit - it was for a one off years subscription for a gift but when I telephoned ? Cheyrll she was v helpful - so am just hoping all will be as it should be. Gift card - starting in March and a one of payment for l12 months.”

“Quick and easy to use website. Ordered my subscription without any problems. However, I don't like the fact that you are offered 2 options, 1 for a year and 1 for 6 months but that on reading the small print you have to pay for a year minimum anyway. This is very misleading.”

“Good so far, tho only just subscribed. Easy & clear navigation thru options. Would have preferred greater choice for PayPal payments as DD narrowed my choice considerably.”

“The subscription offerings and discounts are great. However the ordering process for online - email delivered - gift vouchers is not very clear at all and it took many attempts to put my order through with details for multiple vouchers. They did eventually go through but I had no idea if the emails had been sent out with the vouchers. I would still use again, but I think this aspect could be improved.”

“To many marketing emails. I have already made my purchase and don't want to be bullied tin to buying more. I am pretty sure I have selected all the options not to receive promotional emails. Other than that I have no complaint so far.”

“it would be good to receive a card that I could give to my daughter in-law (Lydia Reid) on Christmas day informing her of the gift of a subscription to country living that I purchased from yourselves. Thankyou .”

“Before I start I would like to say that I am a woman not a man as may be how I am described for this review so no marks to isubscribe for that error! This was a new site to me and I was pleased with the efficiency of it and all seems well with my two purchases of monthly magazines which I am looking forward to receiving. I was pleased too that isubscribe use PayPal which I always prefer as a method of payment. There is a wide choice of magazines for many interests and some good prices considering the cost of a single issue bought offline.”
