I have used this service for gift subscriptions for my family for many years. Despite misgivings about 'overlap' of subscriptions occurring through renewing so far in advance, the reality is that the service has always been perfect - so have no worries, isubscribe will come through for you reliably and efficiently and you should be able to make a good saving on your subscription, whether for yourself or, more importantly, as a gift.

Subscribed to TV Times. From subscribing to delivery of first magazine was 4 weeks which I thought was quite a long time, though the website did say 2-4 weeks for delivery of weekly mags so fell within the time. Not sure why though in this day & age it should take a month to get it all set up but now my mag is being delivered I'm quite happy with the service.

Dear Sue, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have located your subscription and can see an icard was created on the date you placed the order with your included message, to be sent to the recipient. I can only apologise on our behalf this was not received. I'm hoping it’s not too late but we have of course re-sent this to the recipient. It appears that I clicked on the wrong delivery button but I only recall a choice of two. It may be that I didn't pay enough attention to delivery places so this is not a complaint. I received a helpful email explaining I had overpaid and it was easily and sensibly resolved. As a new customer I appreciated the swift response to my subscription.

I subscribe to The Radio Times on a bi-annual basis. A fair amount of care is needed in selecting the appropriate online package as there are so many to choose from. A reminder about the expiry of a package to ones registered e-mail account would be really good. Dispense with the paper reminder.

The magazine is great and was a well received gift. However be aware that on renewal , isubscribe also write to the recipient of the gift asking them if they would like to renew. Not a great move if you are renewing on their behalf and both end up subscribing!

Ordering was easy but when I went to print out the happy birthday email it didn't print correctly. The picture of the magazine came out with red ribbons?
