“Overall great service. Not given 5 stars as paying through Amazon was slightly confusing - as a result of difficulty completing iCard on final page ended up with 5 emails to confirm order! Then had to contact Amazon & iSubscribe to make sure I'd only been charged once (& not x5!).. Both contacts dealt with efficiently so all was well ????”

“Good customer service and replied promptly to my emails. One minor point, many spelling mistakes and poor grammar in reply was a little unprofessional and made the email more difficult to read.”

“Well actually buying a 6 month lot of magazines for my husband seemed easy. Hopefully the delivery of them will be good too. These are for a Christmas present for my hubby so hope he receives the message too as requested.”

“I have not heard back from "my magazine" the company who will be distributing one of my magazines to say when it will start or that they have my order. Thus is despite e mailing them to ask them.Hearst magazines have contacted me to say they have my order and will start next month for the 2nd magazine I ordered. On the positive my husband also did an order and won a £50 voucher! Would have been a v positive experience if I wasn't concerned about One order”

Hi Sally Thank you for your review. I have contacted the 2nd magazine, Woman & Home. The start date they provided is the February issue due on 28th December. I hope you enjoy reading the magazines!
