“The process makes subscribing very easy. It is useful to receive a reminder when a subscription comes to an end. As I don't want to set up a direct debit it is good to have the option of a one-off payment. Very satisfied.”

“Very easy to find the subscription I was looking for. A little pricey and I was disappointed with the terms of the cheaper option, but I was really pleased with the ecard I sent to my father in law as part of his gift.”

“My recent experience of setting up a gift subscription for delivery in USA was excellent. The phone assistant was very efficient and courteous. Excellent! However I thought I had set this up 2 months ago but nothing happened: no magazine, no money out of the bank so obviously all your operatives are not as efficient. I also set this up awhile back but I had no renewal notice at the end of the year (I would have renewed) so it wasn't until 6 months passed and I realised that my son was getting no magazine that I started again with the subscription. (He was sent a renewal notice but if it is a gift, it should come to me). Hope you get these things sorted out as it is costing you money!”

“had a very easy time re-newing my subscription by telephone, I am not very good on the computer, so find by phone easier, though think it would be fairer if on-line discounts applied to all re-newals not just on-line ones”

“I wanted to renew a subscription and doing this for the first time I could not figure out how to do it. Thus my rating only "good". So from my point of view there should be a button "Renew subscription" or the like, which immediately forwards you to the right page, where you enter your actual subscritption data a and can easily process the renewal. Since getting in contact with the help desk from I-subscripe and their online and telephone support to help me through my renewal, my rating is "very good", because of quick and competent reponses, which were well above the average of the often poor service you encounter elsewhere.”

“It was a straight forward easy process to order a subscription and for it to be delivered with a message to the girl I love. It is yet to be delivered so I can't comment if it actually works as yet........ We will see how good it turns out to be......”

“The order for a magazine I wanted to give to my grandson was executed without any problems; the only thing I may say is that there should be an indication of when the first magazine will be delivered. I now rely upon my grandson to let me know when, to his surprise, a bike magazine has suddenly dropped through the letter box.”
