Quick and easy, but would appreciate being able to specify which issue I want to start the subscription with.

I had a problem while ordering online and had to start again. Apparently both orders went through. The online contact form didn't work properly so I emailed customer services. The matter was then dealt with very efficiently.

Although you advised me on two occasions that the subscription that I had taken out for my friend was due for renewal, when I did renew it I was unable to arrange for a message to be sent to her on her birthday, as the drop down box did not go as far as September. I had to arrange for the message to be sent to my email address and then print it off and will have to post the message to her myself on her birthday.

I like to use isubscribe for gifts, I live abroad so when ever my friend or relative receives their subscription not only do they get a great read but they think of me (and hopefully smile). The value for money you receive makes it a good choice for all budgets.

I was very happy and very impressed with your deals and the easy set up to subscribe. I would like to suggest though that isubscribe could maybe put dates of the first magazine available. Next available issue isn't always convenient

I ordered a subscription for my granddaughters birthday and requested an email card for her. This did not arrive and when I rang to query it I was told it had been sent but the person I spoke to said she would send it again, this time it worked. I have never had any email confirmation of my order. Too soon to say anything about magazine delivery as first one not due for 4 to 6 weeks. On the face of it good idea but the admin side of things has not impressed me at all. I should have had emailed receipt and should not have had to chase the gift card.

Would have been nice if you hadn't changed my title gender. How about advising the purchaser/recipient of the date of receipt of the 1st Mag, at the time of purchase, really useful in the case of a gift subscription.

My magazine has arrived in good condition when it should, and I have received a timely reminder to renew my subscription, which also has given me the opportunity to save even more money on the cost of the magazine. I am very happy with the service I have received. I am also pleased not to be bombarded with emails about items I am not interested in from 'isubscribe' as their unsubscribe option from emails worked quickly and efficiently.

I found placing the order for the gift subscription very easy and the customer service was excellent when I discovered that I had put in the incorrect postal code (just from memory). However with a gift subscription a confirmation email of the subscription should also be sent to the person giving the subscription - as I did not receive such confirmation email giving all the details I could not be sure that the address that I had given for the recipient was correct.

whilst the ordering/delivery and service has been very good, one thing that was a big letdown was a letter to the recipient of the gift asking them to resubscribe after I had renewed the subscription as a gift.

I use iSubscribe for gift subscriptions for friends. I get a slightly better deal than if I were to go direct with the magazines. One thing I would welcome is more information on the dates the subcription purchased covers - i.e. from which publication to which - so that its easier to work out renewals.

Experience was relatively straightforward to use, only took a few minutes to set up. Received e-mailed confirmation promptly. Look forward to receiving my first copy
