“Found the website very easy to use and did not take hours to complete. A very easy and comfortable way to shop.”

“It took me 2 days to actually manage to get the site to accept my order - it kept going back to the beginning. I got frustrated and gave up. The next day i got an emails saying they knew I was interested in buying from them and they didn't want me to lose the opportunity! I then rang them and the person I spoke to sorted it out and from then on it was fine. I have had subscriptions from them over the past few years and there has never been a problem.”

“Found ordering very easy, but I was expecting cards for me to download to give to the recipitants. Hope they come soon. Also I have received nothing to say when the magazines will be delivered.”

“Had a £5 voucher code so got a 12 month subscription for a bargain price. Only comment would be it would have been nice to receive a gift card to give the recipient. They do offer an iCard which you are suppose to email to whoever it's for. But this doesn't have quite the same impact on Xmas day when you need to tell your mum to check her emails to see what you've got her. Other online subscription companies offer the gift card which you can fill out like a Christmas card and give on the big day.”
