“So far I have had a positive experience, I hope this continues through to my actual subscription starting. The reason I didn't give a very good is that I am slightly concerned that this new gift subscription may not follow on smoothly from the subscription I already have (from WH Smith).”

“Everything seemed to go well during the order process. We will have to see if the order gets delivered. The site it's self could be improved to help with finding what I was looking for. Better filters are needed.”

“Disappointed that my 'free gift' was with Naked Wines. In order to get £60 free wine you have to pay a further £46 or a lot more to get a case of 12. The wine is only worth the extra amount anyway. Can I have a different free gift?”

“I would much prefer it if the prices were the same for paying by card and by direct debit. It seems ridiculous that a card payment - which is instant, and in full - costs more than direct debit - which is spread out over the year. Surely it should be the other way around, and people who pay in full, in advance, should be the ones 'rewarded' (if anyone is). The easiest way, of course, would be for the charges to be the same as those 'trailed' in the emails, for all customers.”

“I really wanted to by an iPad subscription only. The web site said that was possible but when I got to the pages with the subscription options I could find no trace of it. So I had to order a paper version - that still gives access to the IPad version but means that paper will be used unnecessarily.”
