“The service was fine but nowhere on the Swegway does it say the battery and charger is made by Samsung, which is what it was advertised as and is the reason we bought it. Perhaps we could have paid less buying one from someone else that wasn't advertised as Samsung battery etc. Also disappointed there is no guarantee/ warranty??”

Thank your for your review. Our Swegways have Samsung batteries inside as explained to you on the phone this morning. Samsung do not manufacture these boards, they only provide the stated components. We do not advertise these boards as Samsung. We only state they are Samsung batteries that power the board. The chargers are all UK certified and tested. I hope this clarifies the situation a bite better.
