The customer service from iSwegway has been excellent, I had a bit of a panic when it was all over the news about hoverboards being dangerous etc etc and emailed the team at iSwegway just to put my mind at rest that the board I had ordered complies to all UK safety standards.
They emailed me back very quickly and linked me in to all their compliance information which really put me at ease. I couldn't have asked for better service or reassurance.

“The purchase process was very good,the boards were delivered on 26h Nov 2015,i contacted the company on the 11th Dec after returning from a holiday to inform them that i wanted to return the product as it was no longer needed,Nick emailed me and instructed the returns team to make a collection from UK Mail,3 dates were supplied to me and on each time the company did not turn up,UK Mail have informed me that ISwegway changed the address(not sure why as the delivery address is the same collection address) UKMail have stated that i cant changed the address only ISwegway can, since the 22nd Dec i have been calling and emailing with a reply,PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY SORT THIS OUT FOR ME

“I brought the iswegway board as s Christmas present it worked for one hour then stared spinning around one way ,I have sent emails and tried to phone but the swagway team are not back in till the 4 th of January as you can imagine my son is really upset as he will be back at school by then so has had no time to yes the board over the Xmas period . Hope to hear do thing before the 4th as its still going to take days after that . VERY DISSAPIONTED”

“Desperate, After being let down by another "dealer" I called & ordered at 12.15 on the 23rd nov just making the 12.30 delivery pick up deadline, hoping it would arrive in Edinburgh for my son to open on the morning of the 25th (his birthday)

I'm hoping my board arrives before Christmas. I ordered on the 15th December. I see on the website all deliveries are guaranteed if ordered before 18th and I received an email stating this too and that it had shipped.
Please don't let my little girl down with this guys x
The tracking number isn't recognised by UK mail so I can't see where it is......some reassurance around this would be welcomed.”
