“Not only is this a fantastic item, the service was 100% brilliant. I needed the item to be delivered in a plain box as it was a Christmas gift and Nick in Customer Services arranged all this for me. The item is very heavy, well made and has the proper UK 3 pin plug socket. Delivery was about 10 days and was excellent with notifications all the way, about despatch and delivery etc. My sons friends have purchase similar hover boards from other companies and all have experienced problems with the them and none have looked as good as mine from iSwegway. “We bought the original Swegway hoverboard for our daughter for Xmas. I spent a lotof time doing my homework on this product looking at Amazon, Argos etc as we wanted the board to be of good quality. We decided on buying the genuine hoverboard from Swegway and to be honest there was not a big price difference compared with the other stores. The hoverboard arrived the day Sky news was telling customers about them blowing up and issues customers had had buying from other suppliers. I went online and double checked Swegway's details about the hoverboard and was put at ease with the infothey supplied. The look on our daughters face on Xmas morning was priceless and she took all of 2 minutes to get the hang of the board and was soon wissing around the house. Would recommend this product and company to any parent.”
“Had a bad experience with another company and then I found iswegway. Fantastic customer service and especially Nick who was really helpful. Swegway arrived in time for Christmas and had one very happy boy. The board is great and i would definitely recommend this company. The charger is fine no problems there. It's the one thing I was worried about the most because of the stories in the news about the Chargers being unsafe but iswegway reassured me and said they had been checked by trading standards and even sent a safety statement. Unlike other companies who have been selling these boards and the chargers were dodgy iswegway from the start gave me peace of mind”
“The actual board is fantastic and we've had loads of fun on it since Christmas day and although we had to opt for blue instead of the green we originally ordered the chrome makes all the difference. The delivery times were slightly longer than quoted but after a call the company promised us it would arrive before Christmas and it did so happy child means happy customers”
