“The website was well presented, and all relevant information required was well documented. It was easy to navigate and the whole purchasing procedure was a pleasant experience. The companies email feed back regarding the purchase and delivery was prompt and reassuring. Questions I raised were answered promptly and honestly. Although purchased just prior to the festive season, the promise to deliver before Christmas was met. The product arrived on time, well packaged and in good running order. It was well engineered and looked the business. It's been used and abused by my six grandchildren for the past couple of weeks and is still functioning well. The only small negatives found are that the black protection strips on web illustrations were not included, and there was a rattle found in one half of unit , which proved to be a rogue loose Spring washer which was easily remove. Overall a quality unit that I can recommend to all who are looking for a quality product at a very fair price. I am in my seventies and was able to master the air board within 15 mins. What more can I say !!!”
“Ordered 1 week before Christmas as the original board we had bought for our 10 yr old from Argos was recalled due to safety concerns. Delivered on time. The board is great and our son has had great use from it, he picked it up really quickly and loves the Bluetooth speakers which he has blasting out. “The hoverboard works way better than others my sons friends received from different companies. It's fast, corners well and the music quality is good. The plug is english and there have been no problems with charging, neither the charger unit nor the swegway get hot even if used for a long time or after charging for a long time. “Very happy with the service I received prior to delivery and the hoverboard is of very good quality and arrived in time for Christmas. However the charger has now broken after just over a week of use and I have yet to receive my free carry bag. I spoke to a member of staff on Monday 4th Jan who told me I would get a response that day. This never happened and now the only way to communicate with your company is by email (very annoying) as I tried to phone again today and could not get through to a member of staff. I have emailed you and am still waiting for a response. In the meantime my son cannot use his hoverboard and I am very frustrated by the lack of response from you. If this matter is resolved quickly and to my satisfaction, I will be happy to right a more favourable review but the after purchase customer service hasn't impressed me so far. I have bought black normal version with lights. It works nicely indoor and outdoor. My son is extremely happy with it and many of his friends who are coming every week to practice on it. Make sure you are wearing helmet and some safety gear like wrist gloves,etc. It is very powerful especially when have person rides it as it it uses more powe to pull.”
