“I ordered for present paid £19.99 for 3 -5 day delivery 9 days later it's still not here. I was promised delivery today and given tracking number yesterday which shows the item not even sent. I was also fobbed off yesterday and told delivery times don't include day of order but even then it's still not delivered in the stated and charged for time. You cant speak to any body phoned twice yesterday was told would be treated as urgent someone would call back within 24 hrs nobody did called again today any told somebody would get back to me as the people how answer the phone cant actually tell me anything about my order I'm still waiting for that call and have VERY DISAPPOINTED SON NOT IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE”

Probably people think me mad to give a rating of excellent quite simply I have purchased several items over the years that have been faulty both online and in high street stores. Faulty goods are a fact of life so what them really counts is the after sales service often a stressful period trying to contact people being told you need to talk to another department etc in this case from the moment I contacted I.swegway I found them to be quick to respond (hours not days ) professional courteous helpful and at no point did I feel hassled they picked up the faulty product within 24 hours and I look forward with confidence to receiving replacement . The after sales team especially Nick have been leagues ahead of any company I have had to deal with in the past so well done guys. After waiting in all day on my original delivery date I called to be told it had been delayed as it was faulty with no explaination as to why no one let me know. I was given 2 more delivery dates which came and went without me receiving my order & each time I called to check no one could give me a definite answer as to what was going on. Also if what I've been told over the phone is to be believed they are advertising these boards as in stock which they can't be because every time I spoke to someone they told me they were waiting on a delivery. “The board arrived yesterday and has been in almost constant use since and seems fine and is much envied. At the time of writing it is a nerve-wracking experience buying one as there doesn't seem to be many reviews for any of the main companies. I went with this company over one with a similar name even though this one was more expensive just because when I spoke to them they sounded less dodgy. The website lacked much information and had no reviews so I was going on gut feel from a phone call. I paid an extra £10 for 3-5 day delivery and it took 6 working days to arrive so that wasn't so great as I missed the birthday it was intended for but they were quick to apologise and promised a free carry bag (which has yet to materialise!) - I have not deducted any stars because I should have ordered sooner and they were a nice company to deal with. I got the impression the issues were due to a good natured shambolicness (if that is a word?) at their end and that they are probably inundated with orders. Please do come back to me iSwegway if you would like pointers for your systems or website!!”

Hi Jennette, I can assure you we do not package our items like this. We use 3 boxes - 1 inner (single wall) and 2 outer (double wall) layered with large bubble wrap in between to ensure a completely secure package to prevent any damage in transit.
