“After talking to a girl from customer service who advised us to go with 6,5 inch wheels black model for my son, we placed an order and started waiting. Shortly after we received a track number and, after couple days - parcel itself.
Though the cover of swegway was not impressive, the board itself was well made and had usual UK charger. Switched ON to try on myself first. Impressive feeling, new technologies in action - felt myself a kid again!

“Yes I agree with a lot of what people are saying that its taken a little longer than expected to get my package delivered !! and I am not happy but it is CHRISTMAS...and they promised before Christmas delivery and to that they have honoured...they have even refunded my additional postage I paid so over all did I get my board before Christmas Yes I did and money back for postage I paid, therefore it is unfair I leave a bad review, But what I would say to the company is may speak to their curriers as its clear they can not handle the demand.”

“Lots of research before I bought online since the press are really making Swegways a hot topic. Spoke to the team on the phone and cleared all my concerns about the safety side of things including the big question if the plugs were safe. Ordered on the 3rd and took delivery on the 9th. Not bad for a free delivery service. Now the board is exactly what I ordered. Black Classic with UK BS1363 charger, manual and box. It's called a smart balance wheel, others calls it differently. I am guessing it's because it's so new to the market there's no actual fixed name just yet. After unboxing and charging it we have been using it all week with no problems. I highly reccomend these guys and will definitely be ordering again in summer for my sons birthday!”

“Ordered mine on the 4th of December 2015, and has still not arrived by the 14th December. Having assured me it will arrive by last Saturday, they have now stopped taking 'support calls' entirely and a receptionist will offer to send a message on your behalf to their support team.
The receptionist then informed me that they were aiming for Christmas Eve / Day, for their delivery. Think carefully before placing your order.”

It's been nearly two weeks since we logged our complaint the iSwegway team only like to deal with the good reviews, when you ring the customer service number they just take your details and say someone will be in touch no one rings you all you get is a short email saying some is looking into your problem but you never get an actual update or told what is happening. I told the iSwegway team last week I would be contacting the police seen as though they say they have no record of our purchase but they have still taken the money out of are bank which is classed as theft but they still don't get in contact with. All round rubbish service.

“I ordered an iswegway on Black Friday and was told it would be delivered in 7-10 days which would be in time for my Son's birthday. 10 days have passed and no swegway. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact iswegway to find out what has happened to my order, only to be told that my details would be passed to the customer services team who would phone me back. I have now waited for 6 days and still no-one has phoned me and still no swegway. Also a VERY DISAPPOINTED son who has no swegway for his birthday.
Would not recommend this company.”
“I placed an order for two hover boards 15 days ago and they still have not arrived (the 7-10 working days estimated delivery has come and gone). This is a cause for real concern as Christmas is fast approaching and it would be a shame to have two disappointed little boys on Christmas morning. I chose to order on this site because of the unbelievable reviews (obviously they were too good to be true) and the quality guarantees, as well as the fact that it is a UK company. “I received notification I would receive my Swegway on Thursday. It never arrived. I contacted the courier and they said I would have to contact the sender as they never received the parcel from them. I called iswegway on Thursday and they said someone would deal with my problem in 24 hours. Heard nothing! Called again Friday - they said someone would respond straight away. Again, heard nothing. Called again last night - still heard nothing and no one there could give me any further information as to the expected delivery or where my product is. Very worried now!”
“10 day deadline has passed and still no tracking info. Called today and was told that it was the delivery people that were behind schedule due to black friday. Today i took 2 deliveries from Amazon for me and three for neighbours, everyone is delivering except Isegwats couriers by the look of it. Really starting to regret my choice now which was only made because i wanted a 'genuine' product due to the media reporting 'copycat' products.
Will be contacting credit card company if i don't have a tracking number in next few days. For now i would avoid , if i ever get my sons Xmas prezzie ;-(”

thats not acceptable to me they have already failed to deliver on the timescale they gave me so what makes them think i have any faith in this being delivered on time i read the review below and iswegway responded saying this person boards on there way now so were is my tacking information then this make no sense as my delivery already due they had 2 days to go to say i am not happy is an understatement”
