“Bought my sons swegway from here in feb 2016. All good service and delivery and product was great my son was very pleased. However had an issue with the charger not working properly and eventually the device would not charge at all. Emailed iswegway they had great customer service and response times to emails etc....sent us out a replacement charger which is working great. Happy son....Happy customer !!! Thanks”
“I purchased my Swegway 2 weeks ago and after only three days we noticed a fault where it was making a clicking noise and it was not spinning correctly. I have been trying to contact via email and telephone but I'm getting no response the main telephone number just rings out. I will continue trying to contact them but please be aware that the customer service is non existent”

“My son got his Swegway in January for his Birthday. He loves it but it has also been a big hit with the rest of the family. It is not unfamiliar to see my husband gliding past, jumping on the board where it has been left and using it to go to another room in the house. It is great fun and easy to master. My daughter is now desperate to have one too, it charges quickly and is easy to store. Would recommend, every home should have one!”

“It was really tough deciding which board Jamie would like best so I trusted the help of the sales team at iSwegway. They explained the different board sizes and which would be more suitable for Jamie to use on the farm – obviously suggesting the 8” as opposed to the 6”.
When the board came, we gave it a quick charge as recommended in the instruction manual along with following all of the other tips on how to use it!
Since purchasing the Board for Jamie – He’s never got off the thing!
Even my husband Rob bought one meaning the father and son competition has officially begun! The only downside being waking up to my husband on a Swegway every morning listening to Lionel Richie via Bluetooth while doing laps of the kitchen!!!
