“Took too long for the gift card to be delivered. A week to come from Ivanhoe to Williamstown is very poor customer service. Personal shopping in store would have been quicker I'm sure.”

“Just about everything went really well, but a bit of a sour taste to learn that I'd been charged for delivery on a helmet after I'd clicked pay now. It gave me the option for free delivery, so I clicked on it, but you've added the delivery fee afterwards, which is not a great. Not sure that a helmet is bulky item anyway!”

“Website easy to use for online shopping. Good range of products. Customer service great. A product I had ordered was not available - staff emailed me next day, apologised, offered an alternative or refund. The other product I purchased was shipped that afternoon. Happy to return to Ivanhoe Cycles again.”
