“I bought my new Cannondale Topstone gravel bike from Ivanhoe about 11 months ago. The bike is great. So was the service when I picked it up. They put a shorter stem on it for me, at no charge, which made the fit perfect.”

“Bought a giro helmet, as my head is small, they can be difficult to get. Fortunately, Ivanhoe Cycles had a perfect helmet for me in stock. Product is great and a fair price as well, sent to me prompty. Can't ask for much more.”

“Disappointed with my order, not a huge deal, but as you can see in the photos, the bottle cage on the left is what I already had and I wanted another matching one. As you can see in the website screenshot, the bottle matches my existing one, but the ones I actually got (bottle cage on the right) is different. I would have liked them to match, but the biggest issues is the difference in materials, the original one uses smooth glossy plastic and the new one is soft touch matte plastic, It makes inserting the bottle while riding more difficult and the coating will almost certainly deteriorate over time like all soft touch coatings do. The service as far as shipping time was good, no issues with service, just disappointing I didn’t get what I ordered/website in not updated to match products on sale.”
