“The trip to Hakuba and Mominoki Hotel was our second with your company. We enjoyed the hotel and the back office arrangements in setting it all up worked well. The Rythm Sports hire of ski gear was perfectly placed adjacent to the hotel.”

“They responded to emails and enquiries promptly. All the arrangements for bus and taxi pickups worked.”

“Transfers were efficient. Changes to bus were not easy (impossible), even with 5 days advanced notice. That was disappointing as the both buses (the morning one we wanted to get on) and the afternoon one were not even halfway full.”

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. There does appear to be a misunderstanding as we would have been happy to switch your bus reservation if there was space available. The request we received was to change from a public bus to a private car 2 days before travel, and unfortunately this option was not available. We very much hope we will be able to take a booking for you in the future, and we will ensure we book your preferred method of transfer in advance.

“We had a complicated situation last year, with a need for another apartment when some relatives decided to join us some time after our initial booking. Ai was most helpful in trying to find a unit close to our first booking. Great responsive service throughout!”
