“We found Japan ski easy to deal with and the website is quite informative with all the option list. They are reliable as we were met at the airport (albeit a few of us arriving on different flights). The ground team provided great service (getting us to the apartment, picking us up again during departure and arranging the bag deliver services as well). Overall, we are happy with the service. Will definitely book with Japan ski again on the next winter trip.”

“I used them for the first time when I planned a ski trip to Hakuba last year. They were able to revert back to me pretty soon in less than 48 hours on suitable apartments based on my taste, and preference and budget, which helped me save time in researching on my own. Definitely will be a service provider I will use again to book ski apartments and chalets in Hakuba.”

“Booking with the Japan experience was so easy and seamless! I found a hotel I liked and they did the rest. It really put my mind at ease, as this was my first ever snow holiday. I felt looked after and will definitely book again!”
