“My consultant, Duncan, gave quick response and several suggestions. Layout of each room was provided, this gave me a clear visual. There was a good range to choose from even though it was a late booking for peak season. Would use again and recommend Japan Ski Experience.”

“The staff was very good understanding ofthe area. The accommadation had everything that was needed. However was from my room I could hear the people talking upstairs. There is no soundproofing from unit to unit. Extremely noise. As a contractor the building is very poorly built for what its being used for and the price. Having said this we were impressed with Ski Japan, and would like to come back next year [ last week of Jan.,2018 and 1st week of Feb.2018] and are hoping that you can give us a good discount rate given the price we paid last time and the noise we endured. Please let me know. Best Ian Moodie”

“Thank you to Japan Ski Experience! They gave us great information for our first trip from New Zealand to Japan, snowboarding in Hakuba. It was out of this world and one of the best trips we've ever made. Japan Ski Experience helped us organise our entire trip - how to catch the subway, favourite spots for visiting and eating in Tokyo, how to courier our snowboards ahead, our perfect stay at Phoenix Hotel, mountain lift passes and the trip to the amazing Snow Monkeys.”

“The very good and attentive assistance given by your Ai Tomizawa - thank you very much! Unfortunately within the resort only private lessons for foreigners are available, which are very expensive. For that reason we will be going next March to the Sheraton Hotel in Kiroro instead.”

Dear Stefan Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for your kind words about our Hakuba specialist, Ai. I am delighted that you found her services helpful. When you mention the resort only providing private lessons for foreigners, I think you might be referring to Cortina Resort which is one of Hakuba Valley's 11 resorts, and one of the smallest. The accommodation you stayed at is a spectacular ski in ski out property, but I would agree that the variety of services availble is limited. If you do ever visit Hakuba again you may well find one of its major ski areas such as Happo One or Goryu more suitable, as there are for example a number of companies offering group lessons to foreigners. “All bookings and arrangements made by Japan Ski Experience were correct. The drivers for transfers were waiting as arranged and were pleasant and courteous. The accommodation booking was correct and presented no difficulties.”

“Questions were answered promptly via emails before our trip. We were very happy with the apartment and transport that we booked thru Japan Ski Experience. Though I would give the grade "Very good" if they were more helpful with our request to make a simple dinner reservation on our behalf since it has to be done via phone call before our arrival. Other than that, we are satisfied with our choice to use JSE.”
