“Answered emails promptly. Organised all of our transport, lift tickets, accommodation brilliantly. When I had a problem with the accommodation, the staff were right in Niseko to help us.”

“The recommendation was good and response was prompt and seamless. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Shiki Niseko very much. Japan Ski experience recommended us to pre-book our equipment and lift tickets. This made everything so easy on our trip as everything was prepared for us when we arrived. “Booking through Japan Ski Experience made finding the most suitable accommodation for our family easy. I was able to specify our requirements and 'wish list' and accommodation that met this criteria were emailed to me to check out.
