“The team has been nothing short of helpful and patient throughout my booking process. They answered my questions in great detail, shared useful information with me (our first trip to Hakuba) and even had to repeat because I either misplaced the information or forgotten I've asked. The complimentary transport to supermarket was extremely helpful, and showed us Echoland on the way to Aeon. Everything was well organised except that our request for an extra bed was not set up upon check in. But it was promptly resolved when we returned from the supermarket. I am really grateful to the team, Sarah, Ai and Ted for being so accommodating , patient and friendly. They made the trip a very pleasant and memorable one. Thank you very much.”

“All arrangements were made perfectly, from transfers to cottage and return to airport, equipment rental, ski passes. Both Duncan and Molly were friendly. Recommended the right accommodation for my family and friends. Really enjoyed this trip. Would definitely book again through JSE if we ever decide to go skiing in Hokkaido.”

“I've been using Japan ski experience for 2 years consecutively and this year will be my 3rd. I've nothing but good experience with them, from booking the accommodation through checking out. As I've 3 kids with me, all my requests were met, for eg., high hair in my room. And all timings were met, picking and dropping off at resort. However, I would have to stay the last stay wasn't as nice as although it's a nicer apartment. The steps to the apartment proved to be alittle treacherous for my youngest to go up and down. I'm so looking forward to this year, let's hope everything will be as smooth sailing as the first. Thank you.”
