“HO!HO!HO!.... It seems that their senior management customer service should be replaced I ordered one ready to ship kurta which could not be delivered till now and my refund is still pending. When I called I was asked to wait till my hair got white. Pathetic senior customer management/Managers no emotions towards customers. BUY, IF YOU HAVE BLACK MONEY, AND NOT TO WORRY!”

“Hi, If you ever want to test your patience levels, please order here. I placed an order which I was told to be received in 18 business days. After 18 business days(which is almost a month), i saw the status that product has been returned. I don't know the reason for return. it has been more than ten days and my product is not reshipped yet. Please expect super high delay while yoi order from Jaypore.com My product was dispatched via Ecom express. This courier company doesnt respong to emails, they dont answer you calls and they dont provide a valid number. Its pathetic that JAYPORE associates with such terrible courier services.”

“WORST WEBSITE. PLEASE DON'T ORDER EVER. Have been cheated. They take your money and make you wait indefinitely, I waited for more 2 months. Pathetic cheap quality products at exorbitant prices. They are rude and don't exchange sizes. The pic or description is far from actual product. Lost a of money and time. Please NEVER ever trust this site and spread the word. :( Have been cheated bad and stuck with wrong size and unwearable cheapest quality product for a huge price :(”

“Agree with all the reviews about unprofessional and non existent customer service. Have ordered very expensive lengha last week with 3 day dispatch, never received my product or any shipping or tracking details. Emailed them and never hear back. My first and last time purchase with this business. Living in US, call time coordination in impossible for me. I have never experienced such bad customer service, will have to get my payment company to deal with them if I don't get any response from them. My first and last time purchase with this business. I do not recommend Jaypore to anyone.”

“Not what meets your eye. Jaypore- on the first look, seems suave and like they know how to do their business. Not true. A guaranteed shipping time of 7 days was extended to 21, and no notification to the customer. Shail Singh, from customer service seemed helpful, but kept responding with scripted messages. No doubt, a company policy. Product itself was sourced from a vendor and is quite good. Jaypore, your service was quite poor. Not going to return.”

“Absolutely pathetic customer service, don't pick up phone, ship the order even when email is done within minutes of ordering with a concern raised and then reply after 2 days that can't do anything as product is shipped. They just hide behind curtains of technicality.”

“Pathetic customer service. The products maybe good but can't run a site with such poor service level. Had bought a kurta which was much faded compared to the pic and the size was also small. When asked for replacement with bigger size was told that jaypore can't help in this and I have to keep the order. Shocked with such unfriendly and rude behaviour”

“Awful quality and pathetic customer service. My daughter bought an expensive necklace with Pearls and green stones as a Mother’s Day present for me- the green stones were in fact coloured and when I wore the necklace the colour went all over my neck! Fortunately I managed to save my saree but had to wash my neck minutes before going to the party and you can imagine what that must be like when you are all dressed up…. :-/ On top of that they are not answering emails. As they say in Hindi “Naam Bade Aur Darshan Chhote””

“Awful, practically non-existent customer service. The numbers don't work, and emails are answered at leisure, if at all answered. The delivery timelines are not adhered to, and you will be made to wait interminably for your products (most likely a month or more), with no clarity whatsoever in the meantime. It's like your money is cleverly and swiftly taken, swallowed up, and then Jaypore mocks you for your naivete in trusting them. Astronomical pricing for attractively marketed but very average quality products, available much cheaper and swifter on Amazon. Unless you happen to have the patience of a saint, enjoy being cheated, or have money to burn, run a mile away from Jaypore!”

“Pathetic, they fail to deliver on the said the day...if u anyone wants to wear it on a particular day.....jaypore is not the palace for u..as I wanted to wear it on a special day..but now...no chance ...these people dnt even deserve a single star....they will ruin your day..as you blindly trust and order...in my case inspite of my speaking with a person on call just day I was ordering..he assured me that it will take the said number days...but unfortunately it was just to mend money...after me following up these people changed the dates again...very very disappointed..”

“I agree with all the reviews that their shipment department really needs a revamping. I can’t imagine such a huge store having a pathetic logistics. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I am writing this review so that others would be warned before hitting the place the order button!!”

“BEWARE..CHEATER SITE. Placed an order on 5th. Kept following up. I got mails saying product despatched and that vendor will share tracking details. When I called, and told I am recording the call, they told that product not despatched. Told them to return money. Not doing. MORE THAN 15 DAYS, NO INFO ON MY ORDER. BEWARE... BEWARE...”

“Ordered online on 3rd March. Not delivered till 14th April. On following up twice I was told that the product quality was not good so was returned to the vendor. They don't bother to give any update. Extremely bad customer service or may be a sham to cheat people. Utterly disappointing. Would have given 0 for customer service if the provision was there.”

“If you are okay to wait till you get older, then go and order because their delivery time is like almost a decade . Pathetic senior management no response of calls or chats once your money is gone means you are also gone. Place the order at your risk.”
