“I think JD sports have been taken over by Sports Direct which put me off for a while as JD always had the more upmarket, pricey, well made clothing and footwear which I had bought for years. I, however needed not to have worried as it's still one of the best sports shops around and still have the well named, well made clothes etc along side the cheaper varieties so all in all they now cater for every budget. Great service and quick delivery.”

“I went and returned the goods after a few days and got a full refund onto my credit card rather than getting vouchers to be used within the shop. Getting vouchers back is against the Sale of Goods Act”

“Delivered on the same day!!! Came with a key ring and my Jordans!!! I am very happy and the service was great and were no problem I'm definitely coming here again, although all the other reviews are negative this one really changed my views on the shop!!!”

“I live in the US and ordered some Adidas NMD's on 3/27. It was afterwards that I read these reviews complaining that delivery takes a really long time, I was bummed but I wasn't in a huge hurry to get my shoes anyways so figured I would just be patient. My shoes were delivered to my house today (3/31)! That is insanely fast if you ask me and I am extremely pleased :) Thanks JDS!”

“I went into the store in Kings Lynn and spoke to one of your employees about women's vans. He informed me that you don't have them in store however he asked me what size I needed and turns out I fit in junior sizes :D the man had a flower tattoo on his right hand I don't know his name as nobody wore a name badge but I was able to buy the shoes I wanted. Thank you”

“Never had problems when ordering from here, usually ordered goods to shops for collection, was a bit worried after reading the reviews on how bad the home delivery service is but no problems at all, was quoted 3-5 days, given a tracking number and was told it would not show up on the system for 24hrs, ordered on the 9th December received goods on the 13th December, Thank you very much.”
