Took payment for an order out of stock stated would be refunded no refund . Purchased product elsewhere now they state they will not refund as have managed to get the product delivered in 3 weeks time. Told them I don’t want as purchased elsewhere they can’t guarantee the order can now be cancelled. Why should I go through the inconvenience of returning the item then wait further for refund. Shocking ! Should have read reviews before purchasing. Raised dispute through PayPal now

Very Poor Customer Service, Soon after i ordered i requested for cancellation. I sent 5 mails asking to cancel my order but a mail stated today they dispatched my order. Very Rude and Very Poor Service

Charles I ordered adidas trainers they cancelled my order day before it was due never got refund had nothing that was 2 months ago will never buy again had no problems with any other company do not use JD waste of time money

Order 2 pairs of shoes they sent 2 wrong sizes. Asked me to send one back I did refused refund and sent back can’t provide tracking and they are lost. I am not out a couple of hundred dollars absolute scammers

I returned a parcel on 27th April and I’ve still not received my refund. It’s now the 14th May.

so i ordered today a shoe on their website after paying an error occurred and a "return to store" button appeared so i clicked it. after that i checked my account balance(which i paid thru debit card) and to see that i was charged! i did not receive confirmation email or whatsoever. tried reporting in their website and twitter and still to no avail. still hoping to get my moneyback from this bs

Quick to take money slow delivery 3 to 5 days was told all in stock then out of stock 10 day I got my delivery

Terrible customers service, well acctually terrible everything. Orders still 2 weeks over due. I literally wanted a hoodie, that was what spurred me to turn to JD after a small shopping spree on the site... guess what? The hoodies been cancelled. The whole reason i ordered is no longer there. I have tried.multiple ways to get in contact, if your trying to contact them try twitter. They atleast show a little.bit of face as everyone can see it and reply to you telling you too direct message them... then proceed to ignore you.

Avoid ordering online i placed a order on the 6th of this month (23 days ago) and the order still isn't even processed! I'm very understanding of the current situation we are living in, but 23 days on and the order is still not even processed is an absolute joke. I've seen dozens and dozens of post across social media and online with people experiencing the same problem, i've also ordered from several different retailers lately (nike etc) and received my order in less than a third of the time I've already been waiting for this order to process so it's clearly a problem with whoever runs the warehouse not being very good at what they do or them giving the staff a ridiculous workload they can't manage.

I ordered April 2nd .It arrived 15th and I returned part through your online return recommended parcel motel.It is now 12 days since I returned and no update .I have contacted on twitter.Sent PM of order and emailed.Would not have trust to buy online again.Usually in store is not an issue.Online process very bad.

I wish I had of read some of these reviews before ordering. It’s been 1 month now and still my order has not arrived. They keep ignoring me when I ask for a refund as I’m sure I’m never getting the items I paid for. Customer service is disgusting. I have wasted my money and time so don’t make the same mistake! They are thieves!

The staff are unhelpful and frankly don’t care. They took money out of my bank for a second order I didn’t authorise which I then had to practically beg for them to give me it back! My order then arrived after 2 weeks, both boxes bashed, trainers covered in marks and scuffs and 1 item didn’t arrive. I’ve complained and asked for a call numerous times but I’m just being ignored.

This is the first and last time I order from JDsports, my experiences unfortunately haven’t been great. After receiving a faulty item, I contacted customer services. The item could not be exchanged, however I could send the faulty item to them and they would refund me the price of the item. As I do not have a printer they gave me the option to return via a QR code. Despite the fact that they told me they would refund the return charges, customer services did not want to refund after I sent them the receipt of the return. It was difficult to communicate with customer services and they don’t seem to understand what I mean. Also, I have spoken to different people regarding the issue and every new customer service member did not seem to have read the history/past emails of the enquiry. Will not be ordering again, the whole process of ordering and returning is too difficult.

Order turned up with most of it missing. Have no printer/iPad so can’t complete form customer services sent to me and can’t go anywhere to print it due to Covid. Customer services say they can’t help me without the form. Shocking. Not supporting their customers during Covid.
