“Placed an order about 2 weeks ago and never receive an update about my products. The tracking number is false. No tracking is detected by skynet. I dont know what to say, just really disappointed with JD Sport. I really think that my money just burn like that XD”

“I purchased footwear from this website two weeks ago and to my grave disappointment still have not received the product that I paid for. I have relentlessly tried contacting the company on numerous occasions but to no avail and I have been ignored time and time again. The sheer and utter disappointment of not receiving my order for the date specified, which was intended to be a birthday present is one thing but the absolute ignorance and lack of respect directed towards my order and my queries shows the lack of customer service and moral by JD Sports. I do not usually write reviews like this but I feel I must voice my disappointment and frustration and would highly advise any potential customers not to purchase from this website.”

“Still waiting for dispatch after 16 days quick enough to take £330. Won’t let me cancel my order as they say they are quick at picking orders😂😂😂. At this point all I want is a refund but can’t get that until I return my order which I’m still waiting to be dispatched (sorry to mention it again but still waiting).”

“l made order by mistake, couldn't cancel it l email just few minutes,but few mins l had email that my order was dispatched, but sent email that email been mounted,yet they sent email all time,l will pay £5 extra for them send out,plus over 2 weeks for me get order or over another 3weeks before so 5 week he wait if not more to get my payment back,everything is closed you cart or email because of the coronavirus, yet the take orders,money and send couriers, and may take up to 3 week for delivery,then l have hassel take un open box to post office or couriers, were the,justice in this,l sent lots email then they send that it been mounted, not even one star wasting time money for customers dispatcher and couriers,they have to work,even if there is coronavirus mrs B”

“I understand that these times are not normal due to the corona virus, but the total lack of response from JD sports depsite taking my money without any issues, tried lots of times to deal with their online help Betty, who is not help whatsoever. I will not be ordering from JD sports again.”

“I had a really poor experience at the jd store at St Andrews Birmingham. They had a North Face jacket on sale at £100 but when i went to pay they wouldn't sell it to me saying it was too cheap, started giving me a lecture about trading standards, ripped off the sales tags to get rid if the proof and told me if i had a problem phone customer services. It was really bad on their part because all the tags on the item showed sale price and it was on a reduced rack but they kept saying no. I dont think I'll go to JD again and buyer beware the prices they advertise are misleading and untrue, she said they can change their mind because the law says they have 7 days to do so! I will go to trading standards about this. Rubbish attitude of the Assistant Manager Niamh at this store, how did she get the job?”

“I bought white air force 1s only to be delivered some jordan’s in a size that was completely different and they don’t look remotely alike. Wanted to order again only to discover the size was then out of stock. Brilliant.”

“Purchased $220 Nike shoes. The right shoe was stained yellow like it had been on the shelf for weeks. Provided customer service with photos and they offered me $15 discount. I refused saying that this was unacceptable. I asked to speak to manager and was refused. Do not buy from JD they do not follow Australian consumer Law and should be avoided.”

“My daughter spent $220 on a pair of Nike Air Max 270. She wore them to school twice and the sole was deflating. I contacted JD and nothing they can do as they are a leisure shoe. The company requested I send 10 return emails with different questions and information which I did and now out of warranty period.”

“JDSortssaved by the bell, did anyone see the footwear Wilder was wearing at the pre fight presentation, I do not know what they were or who makes them but when you compared those to Tysons footwear, god did it make you want to cringe, can you not do better for the man who now sits on Muhammad Ali's seat as the number one fighter in the World today and you the UK outlet for world events such as this one just let him sit there with those granny boots on, you need someone smart and sophisticated in this little rockin world of yours, someone quick enough to catch this stuff and then maybe your share price would not be down 2.3% two days after this phenomenal sporting event. Here's an idea get that smart sharp laser fast girl from the Treaty Center store Hounslow to show you how to do it, I have to wonder why you have her at all she is bound for the top but you just don't see these things do you. ...Marsham or something akin to that,....total winner.. Gift Card Girl.”

“I wish I could give it minus 1 Million stars!! Ordered shoes for my son on the 9th of February 2020 to be delivered the next day and paid the highest delivery charge of £5.99 as it was my son’s birthday on the 10th. Order was accepted and was due to be delivered the next day. The following day around 3pm I heard nothing and when I checked the progress of my order online I got to know it was with DPD and was due to be delivered same day. I contacted DPD and they said they have not received my order.I was puzzled. I called JD to enquire and a very young and inexperienced lady told me it can not be delivered today but hopefully the next day and straight away refunded my delivery charges which was not the solution to my problem as I had my son’s birthday party that evening. The delivery info on JDs website was misleading and was suggesting that the item was with the courier (DPD) which was very disappointing considering JDs business level.I asked her to get her manager to write to me and explain why they could not keep up their promise and she said she will do this. Today is the 22nd and I have not received anything from them. I can only conclude that they misled me and lied to me in the first place as they probably new they couldn’t deliver the next day but obtained business through misguidance and lies. My order number was 439271254 And the shoes were Nike air max 97 junior worth over £100 including delivery. Shame on JD”

“Trying to Dora explore my package is what you get on this garbage site!I would have a better chance getting my shoes from al bundy!Sure they will be woman’s shoes but they would be on time!They tell you feb 17 estimated delivery.Package just sits there no movement!Now they tell me February 20 estimated delivery.Maybe if the workers would actually do there job!I would get my shoes in a timely manner!This is the last time I deal with this garbage site!”
