“Absolutely worst company !! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and got a partial refund for one pair as it wasn’t in stock at the time of delivery. It’s not my fault they take 7 days just to get the order together ... never mind shipping it... you buy something and they take the money of your card and then 7 days later they tell you they don’t have it in stock... And they also have the guts to put that in their terms and conditions ... my god could you be anymore pathetic... stay away from them at any cost”

“Wrong size shirt sent out when returned to store not returned to delivery depot to be replaced and exchanged with correct size as ordered , as a store credit was issued incorrectly when order was reordered with it I was barred from information of my own order”

“I spent £700 with this company in April didn’t recieve any of the goods I ordered I’ve sent emails even wrote to the company they had the cheek to refund me £75 three months later they don’t Answer emails I have lung cancer and this company still has me stressing every day to try and retrieve my money”

“These shoes don't work correctly, also they were previously owned they must have been a return which you did not disclose to me, I was on the phone with nike tech support and the verified they were linked to a different account , I tell you im not happy at all, this was deceptive and I believe your company knew about it , ive watched a bunch of unboxing these shoes on YouTube and I also run a YouTube page and I have to tell you I'm not happy and if you guys don't make me happy I'm going to make sure anyone on social media”

“WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. Partner ordered a $250 pair of shoes two weeks ago and it hasn't even been shipped out yet. Definitely feeling like we've just been rauted ordered stuff from everywhere else and never had this issue. Btw we live in Sydney city ! Absolute rubbish”

“JD sport is another brilliant shoe store not only do they sell shoes but they sell outfits as well such as Adidas etc Recently I refunded a shoe and the staff was really considerate and helpful he did every bit he could just to get my perfect size and delivered effectively Thank you JD Sports I hope to shop from you real soon cheers.”

“Accidentally sent wrong parcel to Jd Sports, sent numerous emails, just keep getting the standard automated email reply. Sent them all info they needed to return parcel been 3 months now with no resolve. Now in process of making a claim against Jd sports in the small claim court, as trainers were expensive air max, brought for my grandsons birthday. Would never but from Jd sports again, customer service is zero. Donna Taylor.”

“Ordered an item from JD Sports but had to return it as too small. I have sent it back with tracking which I had to pay for myself, which is fine. In their T&Cs it says refunds will be processed up to 5 days after return. If tracking says it has been delivered, there is no reason to not process a refund! The fact there are delays with scanning in the warehouse is not a customers problem. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks now and customer service is a big joke. Automated emails and asking for a bit more time every email they send out. Ridiculous, I used to be a regular customer but I'm not buying from them again!”

“Customer service is disgusting, they refuse to go out of their way to assist/help anyone. Won't answer their phones. If you do happen to get a staff member to answer the phone they are rude and sarcastic! Go directly to the store to make an official complaint and they kick you out of the store. Wouldn't waste your money there, go to Culture Kings and get treated like royalty!”

“Jd and their lying delivery partner Hermes.. the worst company's I’ve ever dealt with.. Never will I order from them again!! Using the pandemic for an excuse for taken two weeks to issue my £170 refund.”
