Never received order was told to wait 10 days which turned into 16 waiting for refund was promised £20 gift card for gesture good will and all the hassle now to be told £5 that’s it liers

This scam of a company does not deserve even the 1 star I am giving them. First of all, the experience on their website is terrible, e.g. items are promoted as customisable, then when you click through it turns out they are not. My order was 8 days late from the final delivery deadline. Customer service is the worst that I've experienced; they send you templated responses that don't even touch upon the issue you raised, then at the end say they've closed the request because the enquiry has been satisfied. My order arrived with one item missing, which rendered the whole purchase pointless; they say that item is out of stock, but it's still appearing as available on the website, so either they are lying either to me or to all other potential customers who may be ordering this item as we speak. The quality of products is horrible as well, very cheap material that won't survive a single wash, which is especially shocking considering their extortionate prices. In a nutshell, this is a total waste of your time and money - avoid if you can!

Order Man U third kit top on 27th sept 2020. It’s now 13th October still no top. My son is very upset. Countless emails which all say the same thing but nothing is done trying to cancel order which also seems impossible. Something going wrong here would be surprised if they soon announced they have gone bust.

ordered a Liverpool personalized jersey 3 weeks ago , every time i got in contact they just said it would be on the way soon i needed it for last week as a present . Today i'm randomly refunded the money which i didn't want i wanted the actual item , the customer service is horrible , once as i was in the phone to them you could here in the background her saying the order was abandoned but continued to tell me it would arrive , used to always trust this website now not so much

Ordered a Chelsea Away kit 2020 from JD sports on the 24th September. Advised latest delivery time of 30th September which I was happy with as it is my Son's birthday present for that day. Did not turn up and left me angry as he did not get a 13th birthday present. Called JD sport and still got no ETA. This is very poor service. Now the 8th of October and all I get is a daily message "We are working to get your order to you. Sorry for the delay & thanks for your patience." Whilst my son is still waiting for his birthday present. Really upset and angry!

We purchased 2 pairs of shoes for the boys as they said they were in stock in a store 25 minutes away. They are not now have to wait 6 weeks while they come from the UK. The customer service was very rude as well

I visited the store in The Woodlands. The staff are really rude and even when they do use “manners” it seemed forced. I felt extremely unwelcomed. Hopefully this issue can be fixed so future customers don’t feel the say way I did. I will not return.

I ordered a tracksuit two weeks ago, click and collect and still waiting, customer services number is useless, avoid to buy online, lack of service and lack of products.

This has to be the worst online order I have ever placed. Waiting for two weeks with just a stupid text sent every day actually saying nothing. The robot is useless and I am very upset with JD. I wonder whether I will ever get my order or indeed a refund.

Sent away for a gift voucher two weeks ago and still not received-how can putting a card in an envelope take so long?Tried phoning and e mailing just received bland 'go aways'. I will avoid this company in the future.

Struggling to find a pair of NIKE pro leggings in small, ordered online 24/9/20 paid £35 plus £1 to be able to collect in a local store. Advised should be available to collect by 26/9/20. Had texts 29/9/20, 30/9/20, 1/10/20, 2/10/20 saying sorry for delay, still trying to process order. Called into Oldham store on 3/10/20, they had 3 pairs available. Took to till and asked if I could take one instead of waiting for order to come to Burnley, or cancel order and get refund then buy in store. Advised no, cant do either as product been dispatched. You guessed it-got further texts 4/10/20 and 5/10/20 saying exactly same as before, so basically lied to me as order not despatched and I could have had my leggings several days ago now. Complained to customer services, standard reply advising to check with online bot where my order is....surprisingly it says should be ready on 26/10/20!!! Advised them of this, another standard reply saying processing order. Advised them of problem again, response.....I need to be more patient whilst they process the order (that was apparently despatched on 3/10/20)!! I think this is really poor service and I expected so much more from JD. They have my money but I have nothing to show for it.

It's shocking that the management is doing nothing to all these mountains of negative complaints. My daughter has made to different orders, one as a guest and the other one I advised her to register so that she could track the orders. At this point the first one have not arrived yet and the second one which she is tracking is still in the warehouse for days. Please can management do something about this, I will never advise and body to order from jd sports again. Huge disappointment

kay so i ordered twice from the global website my first time i got my shoes creased the whole box was damaged and they took forever to reply on my emails and told me that they’ll give me a 10% refund on my next order which didn’t happen so my next order i added the wrong item to the basket and i realized that after few minutes. so i sent so many emails and the order isn’t confirmed so i still had a chance they literally replied 16 hours later and my order is in the warehouse apparently and started giving excuses although it wasn’t my fault anyone could add the wrong item after all it’s just some technical issues. i cant get my 10% refund cuz they stopped answering once i asked for it. late replies website isn’t updated discount codes don’t work damaged items bad bad service

When your order shows as delivered to a neighbour but your neighbour disputes having received it we would now refer to this as a civil dispute between you and your neighbour. Unfortunately at this point JD Sports‍ do not have responsibility for your order due to showing that the parcel has been delivered and signed for. In this instance we would recommend that you take advice from the Police in relation to this matter.

Orders never arrive on time and when they do you only get half the items because they take so long it runs out of stock. Refunds process it so difficult and takes like a month, this has been happening for years and they don't seem to fix it. Started ordering from Get the Label which is a child company and they are absolutely superb with fast dispatch and you get all your items.

i was one day over the return policy on my airforces that were too big and they aloud me to return them and get another size.
