Ordered on the 16th over £500 worth of clothes with express delivery, waited 3 days past the express time slot and still not even been sent the warehouse. Waited another 2 days giving them the benefit of doubt then check the track my order for it to be cancelled claiming it out of stock??? Why have it on your app for it to say it’s in stock lol. Halfwits. Funny thing is they can take the money out of your account INSTANTLY but claim it takes a week or more for it to be refunded. Tried to order again like a mug but it won’t be again if they decline this order. Time to boycott Jd and bring in a new sportswear brand that doesn’t mess about with its customers, same problems every single time. Amateurs.

Buying online at JD is awfull. It took three weeks to get delivered my order and when I finally got it, I did not receive all the items that I purchased, despite all of them were on stock when I placed the order. Customer service works poorly and there is not a telephone number to contact them. Afte two weeks without knowing when I was going to receive the order, they confirmed they have cancelled it but finally one week later I received it.

Absolutely vile and RACIST service I genuinely never been disgusted by a company in my life especially despite what is going on in the world! Ordered a tracksuit and trainers on the 16th October and over a month later still NO goods or refund. Rang customer services multiple times, the first 1st time I'm being advised it's going to be 10 days to investigate where the parcel is! Waited and rang again and as told sorry it's not been looked at so it's 10 days from now!! Asked to speak to a manager and was told it's not possible so by me expressing my dissatisfaction I get told "Sorry but your people steal and report stolen goods often" First of all who's my people exactly?? I've got a typical African surname stop my guess is it's quite clear what the advisor meant!!! No sorry nothing, Waited again and after 23 days I get told by a manager sorry you were advised wrong it's actually 28 days??!! What customer waits 2 months for a tracksuit honestly this is ridiculous. Worst thing is when I ring I get told "sorry no-one can take your call especially managers" Right now I can't see myself using this pathetic service ever again and I HIGHLY recommend no-one use it either unless you have a family member in the complaints dept! This isn't worth some trainers and certainly not being spoke to like a minor. Horrible company! There shouldn't be any room for racism/stereotyping/discrimination of any sort especially with customer services!

Placed an order 9th october and one of the items was too big so i went instore to arrange an exchange.told it would take a few days to be delivered from the warehouse but it didnt arrive. When i queried it with customer service they said there was an error and the exchange hadnt been processed and as it was no longer in stock they would have to refund me. 5 weeks, multiple phone calls and many emails later and still no refund. Also made an official complaint which has been totally ignored. Lesson learnt, will shop directly with the manufacturers from now on. Appalling customer service.

It’s a risk buying from the sale section a serious risk... If you ever choose to buy something from the sale be prepared to not receive any communication or your order... I ordered an order from jd sports in the sale some Air Force ones, the order was placed a week in advance and I went to check up on it it said it was supposed to be delivered that day so I waited the day after to ask the help line they said “your order is still making its way through the warehouse” “sometimes the order might not be processed” because it’s in the sale they might not even so I’ve had zero communication for over 2 weeks now on where my order is I’m not a telapathic, oh and to top the cherry on the cake I’ve found out I might not even get my order over 2 weeks of waiting very very good customer service there well done jd absolutely disgusting customer service, would like updates on my order in the future the fact that it’s been nearly 2 weeks now and false hopes and bare communication on my order smh 🤦🏻‍♂️ , really shabby from the company in terms of customer service....

Extremely poor service. Ordered a large express delivery, as the items were for my childrens birthdays. Day 6 and still waiting for my childrens items. Their birthday was today and now dont have the items they really wanted. I've tried several attempts at contacting to 1 reply saying there are extremely busy. Don't offer a service you cant provide. I have an upset son now too with no presents or money to buy himself different items. The chatbots thing is pointless still telling me I would recieve my item 3 days ago. I spend alot of money in jd sports over the year. My last delivery was a little hiccup, but now I will never shop with them again. I would definatley reccomend, footlocker and foot asylum Very very poor service and communication... you will loose lots of customers. Dont offer a service you cant provide be warned do not order from here complete shambles

I had the worst experience ever trying to buy trainers from the JD sports website. I purchased a pair of trainers on Sunday night only to receive an email on Thursday (1 day before the due delivery day on Friday) that my order was cancelled as they did not have my size in stock! So not only are JD sports selling and taking money for items that they don’t have, it took them 4 working days to figure it out, email me and a further 2 days to refund me. I complained and got a very poor excuse from their customer service team that sometimes their stock software is not updated accordingly. Seriously JD Sports you have been online for years now and are meant to be online shopping specialists! If you have a stock issue surely it should not take you 4 days to figure it out! Online shopping is built on service, trust and the ability to deliver the goods, something that JD Sports obviously can’t do!

If i could give less than one I would. I placed 5 separate orders. 9 items total. I received 2. They had nothing else in stock despite my paying and getting confirmation emails on each order. One of my items arrived in a destroyed box. I asked for a replacement box as it was a gift but got told the box had done its job by getting the trainers to me safely. I'm not joking it was f*cked. All I got was a series of sarcastic reply from the customer service team. They are way below the standards of the competition. It was ridiculous. I couldn't be more annoyed to be honest. Terrible service. I'm writing to the head office to complain but I doubt they care

Absolutely disgusted. I purchased an item the day before my friend. She received her item while I was told my purchase didn’t go through because it was sold out. We wear the same size and hers was purchased the day after mine. I would have gone back on a reprocessed the transactions if I would have known.

I made 6 orders the other day with JD all items were in the sale and at a good price may I add, A few days later I kept getting email to say they have had to cancel my orders due to no stock..... bull $hiT. I actually think that they missed priced the items in the first place or because what kind of big store / website doesn't know stock levels at the time or a order. ALSO I PAY FOR JDX that gets you unlimited free next day delivery and that wasnt offered on any of my orders

Bought a pair of trainers for my sons birthday cost 114 pounds and they fell apart in the wash. After 35 emails to customer services and sending the trainers back i was told inspection had turned them down for a refund. What a bunch of scumbags! I will never buy anything from jd again and would strongly advise any potential customers to think again and shop elsewhere.

They go my money since May no parcel received it says till today on the way. It was a rip-off solution the lockdown for them. I Ordered in other shops in the same period and received my parcels. No customer service to talk to then no even emails was replied. Now they open I was expecting to get my kids shoes or a refund, nothing. They can't trace the order number because is more than 4 weeks seriously!!!! So why did you not replied me then. I send a pic of my order. They dont care that that money was hard to get in the first place I am not rich to waste money. It was a cheapest price that i could bargain. I am fuming that I trusted a big company like JD. I saved money to lose it.

Liars & thieves! Ordered a £175 tracksuit for my… Liars & thieves! I Ordered a £175 tracksuit for my boyfriend it didn’t arrive. Contacted jd who constantly told me Hermes had delivered it. Filled out all relevant forms and after weeks of sending emails and just being fobbed off by JD I opened a case on PayPal. Even though Hermes had already declared this parcel as missing, they still provided PayPal the tracking number to say it had been sent. PayPal closed my case. I then contacted Hermes directly who confirmed they had declared the parcel as missing, went back to JD who said I would now have to forward the email to a different department (she could have forwarded it and copied me in, but she told me she is not allowed to discuss this case with me, like I’m some sort of criminal!) They then replied to me and said PayPal decision stands and they won’t refund me. So they lied to PayPal by providing them a tracking number, when Hermes had already declared the parcel as missing to them and then because of the false information, they provided, the case was closed and I will not get a refund. They will also claim their money back off of Hermes as the parcel has been declared as missing, so this amount will be credited to them on their bill, from Hermes. I cannot believe such a well known company would act so dishonestly, I will now have to take this through my bank as a fraudulent payment, with the proof it was never delivered which they know but are still refusing to refund!

Range of products, price, website are all just perfect. But what's the point if A MONTH after you order and pay, the order has not been dispatched, no estimated date can be provided and cancellation is not possible?

I PLACED ORDER FOR A STAN SMITH JUNIOR SHOE AND A CROP TOP DURING 10.10 sales. I HAVE WAITED FOR 2 WEEKS TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY CHANGES FOR THE ORDER LIKE IS IT BEEN SHIPPED OR WHAT. AND AFTER 2 WEEKS, STILL THE ORDER IS NOT PLACED AND SHIPPED BUT THEY DEDUCTED MY MONEY ALREADY. I HAVE EMAILED TO THEM PERTAINING THIS MATTER AND SAID THEY WOULD REQUEST FOR REFUND AND ASKED TO WAIT FOR 7-14 DAYS. THEY TOLD ME THE ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO PAYMENT COULD NOT GO THROUGH. HOW COME?!!! NOW I STILL CAN SEE THE ORDER DETAILS NOT BEING CANCELLED. POOR SERVICE! I HAVE EMAILED SECOND TIME BUT NO ONE REPLIES! I GUESS THEY ARE SO BUSY REPLYING ALL THE COMPLAINTS

Disgusting service been waiting for a refund for 12 days . 6 days of emails and still no replies. Asked for complaint procedure 3 times and not sent. Evan blames my bank as no refund received. Citizens advice I think

I ordered online and taken the order back to Llantrisant store 17/20/2020. On receipt said in my bank 3-5 days. No refund in my bank and . Complained and have replied with emails for 7 days. Spoke to several people and nobody can explain why I haven't been refunded. Now day 12 And had an email stating they will refund within 5 days. I’m back to square 1 where I’m still waiting . I’ve asked 3 ti,es for their complaints procedure and refund policy and not received. I’ve taken the complaint to citizens advice and trading standards. I will never shop again at JD Sport

Charged for next day delivery online that not available and order that never arrived to click and collect with no information or help whilst being fobbed off by customer services. Getting sent wrong tracking info to wrong order and eventually told Hermes has lost my order and items no longer available 2 weeks later when I wanted next day. Total joke and awful customer service. I shouldn't have to chase up my order. A birthday present that ruined costing £268 lets see if I get my money back within 5 days i doubt
