Spammy and Scammy. I placed an order ONE time, like 6 months ago. In this order only one out of 3 items ever arrived, however I never got my money back for the other items nor a response - in regards. Is what it is. What REALLY irritates me, more so, is the fact that they still email me (what feels like daily) despite dropping the ball completely on my one and only purchasing experience with them. Since then I have unsubscribed at least a dozen times, emailed them about it (no response there either, shocker?) and even blocked them. Somehow, still, this business continues to SPAM my inbox relentlessly. If I could give this company negative stars I would.

customer services is a joke and jdx app is terrible In the last 11 months I have ordered over 120 items from JDSports through the jdx app at a cost of £9.99 per year for unlimited 2 day delivery, which sounded great. But about 30-40% of the orders were either cancelled due to not arriving because the order was lost or out of stock or had to be sent back due to being damaged, wrong size, wrong item, or still had the security tags on. Nearly all the items that didn't arrive I had to contact customer support to find out what was going on as JDSport just did not contact me about the orders after 10 plus days of waiting then another 3 to 5 days for a refund. After the amount of times I complained I asked them a simple question, how would I go about cancelling my JD account due to the amount of problems I had, and their reply to my question was to cancel my JDX delivery i paid for instantly without asking/confirming if that was OK with me. By far Jdsports customer services has to be the worst I have ever dealt with and the JDX app just does not work. Stick to your local JDSports shop, but if you have to shop online i would shop elsewhere. 1 star is to much for this review, but sadly you can't give 0 stars.

Ordered clothes in June for kids holiday never arrived! Been on holiday come home it’s September and still nothing sorted out yet !! Customer service is appalling just lies upon lies!! We’re going to escalate it is all they say to you but nothing gets done. Definitely stick to footlocker etc jd is dead

Ordered an item over a month ago keep having to call and chase a refund for item they couldn’t supply . Half the calls haven’t been logged there end even if they say they have . Asked to speak to manager 4 times still no contact from them and Customer service say they are waiting for response from head office ??? . Next step is small claims court

Took forever to ship. Then it was returned back to sender because it was undeliverable. Tried calling to sort it out and they said they can't do anything, suggested that I wait for the refund and repurchase yet the retros were sold out so how can I repurchase? I would not recommend. Save yourself from any frustrations and stick to Foot Locker/Foot Action/Champs/Eastbay.

What type of business wont allow you to speak to a manager or supervisor or even give you thr name. 20 days just for them to say my card was fraud. All lies they cancelled my order now i hve to wait longer to get money back. Never buy from jdsport....

Absolute disgrace, paid for express 2 day delivery Friday morning at 7:30 with delivery expected Sunday. Sunday comes and the order has still to be picked in the jd warehouse. Phone customer service and they try tell you all sorts of rubbish to get you off the phone. Won't be back after this.

Rubbish customer service. Advisers are encouraged to lie to customers and fob them off in the hope they just go away and drop the issue. Customer Service is outsourced to a company who don’t train staff properly and are more interested in advisers logging all calls within 8 minutes than actually delivering real customer service. JD, Tessuti, Scotts and Footpatrol are all the same company. If you want to boycott JD, boycott the others as well.

Yes very bad experience. I bought today 2 hoodie for my son. I store prices were £35 and £40, but when I paid they charged me with £135 both. When I asked them why is it this difference, one of employees started to erase the tags with a new prices in front of me and tried to explain to me what products I bought have another prices. I made complaint.

Jd sports your now becoming a growing concern for your customer servive and well deserved to cause your by far the worsed in the sports retail industry!! Your hull store is a mess and the manager needs to know the rights of a customer! Clearly if on a receipt it dnt say excluded from refund you refund or exchange am i right am i wrong! so learn to read a customers right or get bk home were mummy taps your head and still tells you what to wear st stevens Hull manager working Friday 14th "20" explain your own rights seen as you got your own power you simple one!! Selling kids display trainers like a mess and shoe care for over priced sale like know wrong under 18 most get money of parent's who dnt have money growing on a tree so untill you a parent which my guess is your not dnt say anything with your ugly attitude and get your store sorted you dragging it down! I had to cone out ny way to return your display rubbish trainers and get tokd i got to keep the shoe care but dnt say i have to on receipt so dnt believe your rights just take it futher JDSports have own ways of doing things!!

Absolutely awful experience with customer service. Wanted to follow up a vacancy that was made in may. I understand that. Due to COVID-19 there might have been delays with my application. However it is expected that the online phone service would be up-to-date. This is not the case. I’ve been trying to contact my local store yet the phone number on the official JD website is incorrect and the phone number on this actual review website is also incorrect. I then tried contacting the headquarters which is a lovely member of staff tried to help me find a contact number however that was incorrect and frankly when I asked her when this number would be fixed she said she wasn’t sure. She suggested that the best thing would be to go in store but for me this is impossible. I live with two diabetic parents one who is a key worker and is vulnerable on the front line and for them I am very scared to go out into the store Where not everyone is abiding by the social distancing news. I’ve left a review online but here I am half an hour later still not being able to contact the store. Utterly disappointed upset and frankly will know longer be recommending JD after reading the following reviews from other people have also had issues with this company - best advice either buy in store or not at all.

Absolutely worst company !! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and got a partial refund for one pair as it wasn’t in stock at the time of delivery. It’s not my fault they take 7 days just to get the order together ... never mind shipping it... you buy something and they take the money of your card and then 7 days later they tell you they don’t have it in stock... And they also have the guts to put that in their terms and conditions ... my god could you be anymore pathetic... stay away from them at any cost

Wrong size shirt sent out when returned to store not returned to delivery depot to be replaced and exchanged with correct size as ordered , as a store credit was issued incorrectly when order was reordered with it I was barred from information of my own order

I spent £700 with this company in April didn’t recieve any of the goods I ordered I’ve sent emails even wrote to the company they had the cheek to refund me £75 three months later they don’t Answer emails I have lung cancer and this company still has me stressing every day to try and retrieve my money

These shoes don't work correctly, also they were previously owned they must have been a return which you did not disclose to me, I was on the phone with nike tech support and the verified they were linked to a different account , I tell you im not happy at all, this was deceptive and I believe your company knew about it , ive watched a bunch of unboxing these shoes on YouTube and I also run a YouTube page and I have to tell you I'm not happy and if you guys don't make me happy I'm going to make sure anyone on social media

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. Partner ordered a $250 pair of shoes two weeks ago and it hasn't even been shipped out yet. Definitely feeling like we've just been rauted ordered stuff from everywhere else and never had this issue. Btw we live in Sydney city ! Absolute rubbish
