“ Took 3 payments of £73 out of my bank instead of 1. Said it was a system error... they have literally cleared out my bank and I have no money left til payday. Said lots of people experiencing the same problem! They refuse to compensate to pay overdraft fees. Awful customer service. Wouldn't even accept a complaint! ”
