“I’m sorry as would never give bad online review but will privately give you this feedback. I’m exchanging shorts. I emailed a question and took multiple days for reply. Your online policy mentions a return form but could not find on your website. I finally just shipped them back with a note to exchange. I know they delivered as shipped fed ex but have no idea when I’m going to receive new pair. I replied to the email saying I was exchanging and asked how long that would take but no one has replied to that email. Really hoping I get my new shorts soon as want for vacation.”
