“The jacket that I purchased is okay - tight in the shoulders and too big in the body per most of the jackets that I buy. It's decent quality and came quickly. However, given that it doesn't fit exactly right, I am disappointed by the unrealistic strictness of Jess Lea's return policy. It is unrealistic for someone with a job to return something and have it be received within 14 days of when it was shipped given that it took 7 of those potential days for it to arrive.”

“The duster bag I received had a big slash thru it... thankfully the bag wasn’t sliced but the bag came awfully created taking long time for creases to air out if they ever do”
