“I've ordered from this company multiple kf times. The quality of their dresses and accessories are really good, I'd say 10/10. Their customer service is really great too. I had questions about whether or not I'd have enough time to order a dress for an event that's happening October 2022, and they assured me I had more than enough time. They even threw in a discount code for faster shipping(I'm not sure that will always be the case for everyone but it was a nice thing they did for me). The prices are really good compared to boutiques or name brand/designer brands located in my state, and so far I haven't had a a need to return any of the things I've bought. I'm 100% sure returns would be easy since the company, their customer service and options of dress choice is vast. The only items that can't be returned are the custom sized ones and that's understandable since they say it multiple times in writing(so please don't think you can get away with that). Sizes run small compared to what I'd expect in any department store, but if you follow the measurements listed on the size chart I found that accurate. I normally wear an 8 or medium dress, but needed to order a size 10 at JJ's House and it fit perfectly. No complaints.”
