“I was bummed when the left ear hook broke off my Powerbeats 3 headphones, barely a month after the warranty period ended. Apple would exchange them for new ones for $90, but that was basically the sale price in stores for a new pair. Since the ear buds were otherwise fully functional, I was happier to see them repaired rather than replaced. Luckily I found Joe’s on YouTube while researching the DIY repair. The whole process, with shipping both ways, took a week or two, but it was well worth it. Super simple to ship the earbuds and I enjoyed the status updates while undergoing repair. The repair is perfect and now I just hope the ear hook on the other side isn’t planning to break!! Thanks Joe’s!!!”

“My son was so thrilled to get his Beats back. The repair was more than quoted, but that was explained in the initial correspondence. I knew that I couldn't buy new one or even used for the repair cost. The mailing time was longer (but that is USPS for you). I hope that there are no further issues with the headphones. Joe's was great about keeping me informed throughout the entire process so that I could make good educated decisions about the repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to use Joe's again for another repair!”

“Joe's was 110% excellent in all ways. My Fitbit 2 wouldn't light up, Fitbit refused to help or fix it, wanting me to buy a new one. Joe's got it looking and working like new for a fraction of the cost of a new one, and kept this out of the landfill/ewaste stream.
