“My Wireless Powerbeats 2 were repaired and shipped back. Without thinking, I used scissors to cut open the package and in doing so, accidentally cut thru one of the wires on my headphones. Obviously, I was frustrated and disappointed. I reached out to Joe to let him know what had happened, with no expectations other than I would have to buy new headphones. Joe responded immediately (around 9pm) and offered to replace the Powerbeats 2 for free, or, sell me a pair of Powerbeats 3 for only $45. Needless to say, I was thrilled and relieved that I wasn't at a total loss, and chose to upgrade to the Powerbeats 3. Joe certainly did not have to do this, and I can't say how much I appreciated his quick response and customer service. I would've already recommended Joes GE service before this happened, and now I could not recommend them enough. 6 out 5 stars. Thank you!”

“I am so happy with my Beats 3 repair! After placing my repair order, I received a phone call from Joe's to see if I had any questions. They diagnosed the problem in less than 24 hrs and contacted me to let me know what was wrong and what the repair cost would be. They fixed the headphones in a day or two and shipped them out promptly. The level of service was amazing!!”
