“Sent Air Pod Max's in for battery replacement. Battery fixed, bluetooth controller died a month later. They gave me a good deal to fix BT controller. Very solid customer service. I would likely stick with Apple to service my devices moving forward FWIW. 5 Stars.”

“I bought a Sony WH-1000XM5 speaker driver and a soldering iron from Joe's, and followed their tutorial to replace the driver. Everything went smoothly overall -- I did need to add a little extra RTV silicone sealant when I put back the battery housing. Great service and products, and it's very satisfying to save money and resources by fixing your old headphones instead of getting newer ones.”
