“I contacted Joe’s as a last ditch after Beats told me that there was nothing I could do about my headsets. One had worn out ear & head pads, the other had problems with the speakers themselves. Paying less than half the amount of what a new one would have costed me, Joe’s restored 2 sets of headsets for us to brand new condition”

“Joes GE offered a repair service on ebay for a new audio jack for the Beats EP headphones. I had broken the jack on my fairly new Beats and couldn’t find a repair service that offered the service so I jumped on the offer. Within 10 days my headphones were repaired and returned to me in perfect shape. The new audio jack was stronger and sturdier than the original jack and the sound quality is perfect. Don’t miss out if you need your headphones repaired.”
