Thank you guys so much and my life is saved!! I don’t mean to be judgemental to you guys, but maybe pay more attention to the post-repair process next time? Take me for an example, I don’t know why I received the wrong tracking number this time, it was not a major issue but it would be better to be more careful with these things... Hope business gets better and better

My Fitbit charge 2 would not hold a battery charge. Sent it in for battery replacement--JoesGE found that the heart monitor had shorted out, and replaced it. The battery was fine. They will replace batteries if that is the problem. Cost was about 1/3 of what replacing the Fitbit would be, and was a much better deal than Fitbit would offer. Open some more shops, please.

Fixed my fitbit blaze for the price quoted. Super fast turnaround and excellent communication . Sent out and had it back in a week. Very happy. Fitbit sucks for repairs (just buy a new one for 200+ bucks, great service...). Glad to be able to get it up and running ASAP for a very reasonable price. Thank you.

My kids dropped our Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones and broke the inside panel. Initially, I didn't have the time, resources or knowhow to fix them and they sat for months unused. Then I stumbled across Joes GE on a fix-it video link and I couldn't be happier with the results. For $75, (cheaper than $300+ for new Beats), they came back looking brand new! Thanks to Slavic at Joe's for getting music back into my brain again!

Outstanding turn around time. Had my 2nd generation Wireless Studio Beats repaired after dropping and damaging them. I was afraid that they could not be repaired because of what appeared to be extensive damage, but Joes repaired them quickly and returned them to me in like new condition

I drowned my Fitbit and it started acting up eventually not responding to buttons or screen. Sent it for repair and about a week it's working like new. They keey you informed of the steps and repairs needed. Will definitelly be using in the future. Awesome!

Great service. Apple quoted me $139 + shipping to diagnose and fix the problem with a $149 option to buy new beats headphones if they couldn’t fix it. $70 and 7 days later, they'd been sent to Joes, fixed and returned. Excellent communication, great service, AND saved money while keeping a product out of a landfill. Winning!

I was a bit skeptical at first ,sending in Beats headphones BUT I am so glad I found Joes! They let me know when they received the package, was quick to let me know the extent of repair vs a trade in. Prompt response on emails and text.Got my item shipped back within 4 days. Easy instructions, decent prices for repairs, repairs done in a timely manner, great communication throughout the entire process. I will definitely use their service again if needed! I have a happy teenager since they repaired his beats.
