“Quick and easy service. You can do everything online to setup your repair. You print off a prepaid label and off your electronic goes. I sent in an Apple Watch and hand it fixed and back around a week. You can’t beat that, especially when there are no shops that repair apple watches on my area”

It's a minefield on buying either genuine replacement parts or replacing them with a certified used set. There are too many fakes out there to take a chance. “I really appreciated your assistance! My headphones were fixed and returned to me within a few weeks. They efficiently updated me as soon as they were received, when they had determined whether they were fixable, the estimated cost, once they were fixed and they were in the mail to me the next day. Great service, great communication and now I am back to using my headphones. I would recommend to a friend.”

“Oh so easy to get my Dr Drey wireless headphones repaired. Dropped them into the mailer they provided and off they went. The problem was with the charging port which I thought was the end of them. I was well worth the $75.00 or so to get them repaired. As an electronic tech, .i though that I’d order the part and do it myself. Not so easy, so I returned them somewhat disassembled and they took over. They repaired and returned them in less than a week after giving me the quote. Super easy to deal with and obviously I recommend them highly !!!!! Very good isn’t high enough.”
