Bad return shipping process, needs more attention. My item supposedly shipped out on a certain date per customer but received it 8 1/2 days later. No real reason given for the delay, only excuses. Poor, poor customer service!!

They fixed my Beats2 Solo Wireless headphones, kept good communication throughout and shipped back to me. I'm leaving a poor review because when returned the headphones had a warped plastic part where they fold into themselves that snapped after a few uses.

Sent my Powerbeats 3 in for a new ear hook. When I got them back noticed that the new ear hook looked different from the old one was very flimsy and did not stay on my ear. Also after about three days of use my beats won’t even come on or charge.

I had ordered a replacement Powerbeats3 wire and a refurbished urbeats earphones. Firstly, the replacement wire came with no instructions and when I asked if they had a YouTube video -like the ones they filmed for most of their other replacement products- they stated that they didn’t have one for the main wire. I found to be very inconvenient and I ended up having to take the earphones to an electronics store to change it for me and that cost me another $30 on top of the $40 wire, defeating the poInt of purchasing a DIY part. Second of all, the refurbished urbeats I received had non-functioning volume control buttons. It seems like this issue should have been caught before sending out the earphones to the customer. After speaking to customer service, they said there was nothing they could do because the earphones need to be sent back from the same address they were shipped to. I do not live at this address so this is not possible currently- but it seems like they could have been more flexible in order to fix their mistake. They weren’t. I wanted to like Joes GE service- because conceptually its a great idea. But next time I’ll be sure to buy my products in house. Joes did nothing to remedy either of my issues.

We are always making new videos and we do not have one for everything. We offer repair services for the ear buds. In regards to the ear buds, we are sorry for the poor communication on our end. We did offer the option to do a warranty repair, however since you moved from within the US to a very distant country, the shipping costs would be more than the actual value of the ear buds. We are sorry for the rudeness and have refunded you the $30 for the ear buds. Matt D.
I paid $100 just for my right headphone to get fixed. I sent it in with the the right phone being able being able sticking it to place hoping you guys fix it. It finds out when I open the package it still wasn’t fixed. Then 2 weeks later it broke. I paid half of the price what I paid for headphones. I’m not to happy I paid top dollar for the service I should deserved.

Great work fast turnaround time but pricey. I have the same issue with the other ear hook and I’m better off buying new pair than replace a simple ear hook.

Repair was good. Cost disclosure was horrible. Repair cost was indicated but shipping fees to Canada were not disclosed in repair estimates. Return shipping labelling was incorrectly labelled by Joes and ended costing me additionnal customs fees which I had to dispute, costing me time and postage fees. Do not recommend for foreign repairs as not worth all the inconveniences endured.

We are also not in control of your countries customs and duty rates. We are in control of the repairs and getting the item back in your hands as fast as possible. We are happy to help international customers regardless of country as long as they read our terms and conditions. We only offer free shipping within the USA like our website states.

I was hoping to have an awesome experience, but unfortunately the team didn't do it's due diligence when first diagnosing the problem with my headphones. They were prompt and let me know that the usb port and board needed replacing and i promptly received my headphones back. After just 5 minutes of use, the device started to malfunction and I had to re-send my headphones back in. They let me know that there was corrosion on the battery and they had to replace that (which they did free of charge). Overall - this would have been a great experience, but unfortunately, a lot of trouble could have been avoided if they caught the battery corrosion the first time.

Thanks for your feedback. We offer a 100 day warranty on any repairs we complete. In this case it turned out your headphones had liquid damage much further into the headphones causing the the power board and battery to fail. We are happy that we could assist you after sales as well as before. We state behind any repair we complete with our warranty.
Beats solo 2 with common problem of one side going silent. Repair was expensive, and didn't last long because they broke in an odd way, as if they were over-glued inside.
