“Excellent, 5 stars: repaired my Bose QC35 headphones which kept turning it self on. Joes kept me informed. Sent them from SC on a Sat. Was received by them on Monday, fixed and returned to me by the following Friday. Another point that impressed me was they had posted a video on UTUBE, giving instructions on a way to repair the problem, unfortunately I had a different situation, so had to send them . Would be very comfortable dealing them again”

“They were super fast, super funny, and they just made getting a new pair of headphones so much easier, they're refurbished but they look brand new. I had just had a very bad experience buying fake headphones from somebody, and knowing that they can be trusted for your headphone and other electronic needs is great. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back to buy some headphones for my brother for his birthday.”

“My son broke the headband on his beats headphones. I brought it to a local place and they wanted almost $200 to repair, they told me to just go buy a new pair. I found Joe's online and for $80 they replaced the headband (with actual parts) including the cost of shipping to and from their place. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process, which took less then month. Highly recommend.”
