“So glad I found Joe's! I had a fall while running (tripped on a speed bump of all things!). I was fine but my Fitbit Blaze screen was not. The watch still worked but the screen was totally shattered. Not only does Fitbit no longer make this model, they don't replace screens. They do try to sell you a new watch. Can't say I blame them for wanting to make money but I wasn't in the market for a new watch. A quick internet search found Joe's and I was very impressed with their operation. The only criticism I have (and this is more of a shipping thing than the fault of Joe's) is the amount of time it took to ship out and back. But overall, I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them.”

“Team at Joes GE did exactly what they said they would do on a repair job, both price and work. They kept me up to date and it was clear when I had a choice to continue with the repair or not at the quoted price. The only issue I had was minor, I had to add a small amount of postage on their prepaid postage to send the item for repair as it weighed a fraction of an ounce more than they had figured. They made up for it with efficiency and the friendly way they communicate.”
