“The online service based on over 8 orders I have placed over the past 4 years has been excellent. Customer service is first rate and staff very helpful. For example I recently queried by phone the availability of a rose that was not advertised online. I was informed it was in stock and they would put it up online for me to order. This was done in less than 30 minutes and I was then able to order the roses and other items which were delivered to my door within 48 hours. Plants were of great quality and carefully wrapped as always.”

“I specifically wanted to source the plants I purchased on line and JGC were the only supplier I could find. As I live in a remote location and was also wary of purchasing plants on-line I was very pleased with the whole process of dealing with JGC and the quality of plants received. Pre ordering I placed an enquiry on JGC website in relation to the number of plants I might require and received a text referring me to a website -https://goo.gl/WJh9NO to check response from JGC but was unable to access this site-this is the only negative feedback I have in relation to an overall good experience and will continue to check website for any future plant requirements. Hi Lily, This was the reply we sent you on our website Chat: : info 11:17 pm - 8 Jun Hi, planting at 2ft centres you would need 16 plants to fully cover this area in about 2 years . That German link was not from us! Glad you liked the plants and thank you for your very positive review.
